EXCLUSIVE: Paris-based talent agency Elevate Management has opened an office in New York as it continues its expansion having launched a sports-focused branch in Miami and an operation in London earlier this year.
The decade-old company – co-headed by Florent Lamy and Daniel Blanc – is one of the only management companies representing U.S. talents in Europe with a U.S. management agency style model.
Talents on its books include Megan Fox, Djimon Hounsou, Clara McGregor, Evangeline Lilly, Holt McCallany, Stephen Manas and director James Foley.
The New York office will be led by recently hired Head of Development Maddy Barket.

A New York City native, Barket graduated from Wesleyan University with a degree in Philosophy. She joined Elevate as Head of Development in September with a mission to partner with U.S. talents and brands to foster strategic collaborations and drive international success.
Prior to her role with Elevate, Maddy held leadership roles in the Philosophy Department at Wesleyan and as well as jobs in retail and marketing.

Earlier this year, the company opened a digital department, signing TikTok influencer Avani Gregg as its first client, as well as sports-focused offices in Miami, led by John Carlson, and an office in London, spearheaded by Jessica Torres.
