Joe Rogan‘s late endorsement for Donald Trump was a major boon for the Republican candidate’s campaign, and his reaction to the historic result is now going viral.
The commentator and comedian, whose podcast The Joe Rogan Experience has a huge following in the States and globally, posted a 19-second clip of Trump and his family taking to the stage in West Palm Beach, Florida to declare victory.
Cheerful laughter can be heard off-screen before Rogan proclaims: “Holy shit!” His posted, which was tagged, “WHOLE. LEE. SHIT.” has been viewed over 10 million times on X and shared more than 33,000 times. On Instagram, it has been liked 1.1 million times.
Dana White, the CEO of the UFC who has been campaigning for Trump, was present in Florida and got on stage to deliver an energetic, rambling speech. He ended by shouting out to the “mighty and powerful Joe Rogan,” send the crowd into raptures.

Rogan has also shared Elon Musk’s kitchen sink message from earlier in the day. On Election Day, he had shared a podcast recorded with Musk with a note that read: “The great and powerful @elonmusk. If it wasn’t for him we’d be f*cked. He makes what I think is the most compelling case for Trump you’ll hear, and I agree with him every step of the way. For the record, yes, that’s an endorsement of Trump.”
Rogan’s podcast has more than 14 million followers, according to Spotify data released earlier this year. His audience also skews heavily male, with 51% of listeners falling in the 18-34 range, according to Edison Research.
He has hosted both Trump and the incoming Vice President, JD Vance, on his podcast over recent months, and claimed Kamala Harris refused an interview because he was not willing to travel to her while she was on the campaign trail.
Earlier on during campaigning, Rogan had appeared to back Harris, praising her for her performance during the presidential debate.
Trump’s election victory was confirmed earlier today, with the Republican candidate winning 279 electoral votes against Harris’ 223. A few states are still yet to confirm results, but these won’t be enough to change the winner.
