Jason and Travis Kelce know a thing or two about relationships.
While the 36-year-old former Eagles player has been married to Kylie Kelce for six years (and together for nine), his younger brother is one year into a very public relationship with international pop star Taylor Swift. I’d say they are somewhat qualified to give dating and relationship advice to New Heights podcast listeners—which is exactly why they are partnering with Wondery to deliver a weekly spinoff dedicated to the subject on a spinoff called Heights Hotline.
The pair kicked things off with their first “bonus episode” on October 31. In one clip shared on the New Heights TikTok account, a man in his 50s asked for advice on handling a dry spell with his wife, who is “not interested in sex, whatsoever.”
Jason Kelce advised setting the mood “early” by expressing interest well before you’re ready to do the deed. “Just like men like to be sought after, women like to be sought after,” he told the listener, which earned a nod in agreement from Travis.
How does one do that? While Jason suggested a few examples (some more crude than others), fans say Travis “came in clutch” with a very simple suggestion. “Do some shit you know you’re supposed to be doing without her asking,” Travis advised, adding, “Beat her to the punch.”
One fan noted there are “so many green flags from Travis,” while another joked “Jason’s advice was… very physical. Trav was like ‘are the dishes clean?’”

During the rest of the episode, Travis Kelce also advised stepping up the romance factor, which is very on-brand for an athlete who went to great, public lengths to woo his current girlfriend. The man famously gave the pop star a direct shoutout on his podcast after failing to deliver her a friendship bracelet with his phone number at the Eras Tour. Swift later called the gesture “metal as hell.”
“Maybe you just gotta try to get some candles, get some rose petals, be a little bit romantic,” he continued, per People. Set the mood a little bit more, maybe you just gotta rekindle that flame a little more. Get that thing going, take her to a nice restaurant. These are all things I would try and do.” He added, “That’s tough, not cheating is definitely the way to go though.”
Hopefully, that last part is a given. If not, you may want to keep tuning into Heights Hotline on Thursdays until it clicks.
