Shocking video from a Las Vegas high school shows a half-dozen cops carrying a violent, tied-up teen off campus with a plastic-bag “spit mask” over his head while his classmates taunt and jeer.
The student had allegedly attacked two female classmates and continued his outburst when the cops showed up, trying to spit on and bite officers, KLAS 8 reported.
Video from the scene shows the boy being carted off horizontally like a rolled-up carpet — with a “spit mask” on his head meant to shield cops and students from his oral assaults, the Clark County School District Police Department told the outlet.
“Homie, it’s like three months in, dude,” a student can be heard saying in one video, referring to the fact that that kids couldn’t even make it through the first semester without a meltdown.
In other video, some students say, “There was a kid knocked out on the floor! There was a fight,” and “The dude got tased! I’m not joking!”
The arrest happened at Las Vegas Academy of the Arts, a tuition-free magnet high school.
In a letter to parents and students, the school’s principal, Lezlie Koepp said the saliva-laden kerfluffle was kicked off by a “verbal argument,” according to KLAS 8.
