A pair of teen boys were shot Wednesday in broad daylight near a Brooklyn school, cops said — only a day after a 15-year-old student was blasted outside his high school less than a mile away.
Gunfire erupted, striking the two 17-year-olds near Avenue J and 82nd Street, steps away from Isaac Bildersee Junior High School in Canarsie at around 3:15 p.m., according to authorities.
One of the boys was hit multiple times in the leg and torso, while the other was blasted in the leg, cops said.
Both were in stable condition following the shooting, according to the NYPD.
Police said it’s unclear what led to the bloodshed.
The shooting is the latest in a string of recent teen violence occurring near Big Apple schools.
On Tuesday, a teenager was shot in the right leg in front of South Shore High School on Flatlands Avenue in Canarsie, police said.
Sources said another teen fired at him before the victim ran and collapsed nearby.
He was taken to Brookdale University Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition.
There were no arrests in either shooting as of Wednesday night.
Last week, a 17-year-old boy was also shot in the leg outside a Staten Island high school, leaving him in stable condition.
