Survivor returns this month with 18 new castaways, including one familiar face.
In the famed reality competition’s upcoming 47th season, a new crop of contestants — composed of a flight attendant, a corporate lawyer, an ER doctor, and more — will test their strength, wit, and fortitude in the islands of Fiji. Joining this group is Jon Lovett, host of the Pod Save America podcast and a former speechwriter for president Barack Obama.
During their time in Fiji, the castaways will compete for a $1 million prize. The 47th season of Survivor premieres on CBS Wednesday, September 18 with a special two-hour episode, with 90-minute episode airing the following Wednesdays. Viewers can also stream episodes via Paramount+.
