Amanda Seyfried admitted it’s “really hard” to balance raising her and her husband Thomas Sadoski’s two children with her acting career.
“This is the most I’ve ever worked with two kids, and I’ve never had two movies come out at the same time,” the “Mamma Mia” star told Us Weekly in an interview published Sunday.
“And so, I’m a little bit bananas right now.”

Seyfried, 40, and Sadoski, 49, wed in 2017. They share are an 8-year-old daughter, Nina, and a 5-year-old son, Thomas.
The actress has been busy promoting her forthcoming film “Housemaid” alongside co-stars Sydney Sweeney and Brandon Sklenar.
The Paul Feig-directed film is set for release on Dec. 19.

Seyfried also stars in the Mona Fastvold-directed film, “The Testament of Ann Lee,” set for release on Dec. 25.
Elsewhere in the interview, the “Mean Girls” star shared that the films were “very different,” and warned viewers not to read the “Housemaid” book by Freida McFadden until they’ve seen the movie.
“It will ruin the twists for you,” she teased.

While Seyfried has been busy, she’s previously skipped out on events to spend time with her family.
In January 2024, she missed the 2024 Emmys and instead spent time with her daughter.
At the time, the “Dear John” star took to her Instagram Stories to share a photo of herself wearing a dress designed by Nina.

“Celebrating the Emmy’s [six] with a handmade creation by a six year old,” Seyfried captioned the photo of herself in the minidress at the time.
In July, the “Les Misérables” star also shared how she enjoys spending time with her family on vacations to Cape Cod in Massachusetts.
“It’s our happy place. We love the quiet, the beach, and just having the chance to slow down together. No big plans, just walks, food, and time to breathe,” she told Hello!.
