Adva Lavie — the penthouse pet engaged to billionaire Stephen Cloobeck accused of targeting wealthy older men — bolted from court after a judge ordered her to surrender her Israeli passport.

Lavie sprinted away from the Van Nuys courthouse dressed in designer duds Monday after a rough morning in the courtroom. The aspiring model refused to speak with The California Post on her hurried exit.

During Lavie’s hearing, investigators revealed she obtained an Israeli Passport on March 25 — a violation of her bail conditions after her arrest. Lavie clutched a prayer book during the hearing.

Detectives revealed they had a recording of a member of the Israeli Consulate saying they had issued Lavie the passport. Additionally, the electronic ankle monitor worn by Lavie placed the penthouse pet at the consulate March 25th.
Prosecutors asked for Lavie’s bail be raised to $1 million and her passport immediately surrendered calling her a “flight risk”.

Lavie’s attorney, Jeffrey Rubenstein, said she had obtained the passport “to get married.” Lavie was originally going to marry billionaire Cloobeck on June 18th in Jerusalem.
The judge did not raise bail, but place additional restrictions on Lavie’s movement — ordering her to stay away from airports, the Israeli Consulate and only allowing her to leave LA County with permission.
A visibly irritated Lavie blurted out she didn’t what “the county is” to which her attorney replied “shhh, we’ll explain it to you.”

When the judge asked if she understood the order, the model replied, “I understand everything you say. I will follow.”
The judge warned that if Lavie violated the rules, they’d set “bail so high, no one will be able to bail you out.”
He also asked whether Lavie needed a Hebrew interpreter after Rubinstein argued she may have been confused about the passport issue because “English is her second language,” despite understanding it fluently. Both sides agreed to move forward with an interpreter.
Moments later, the Israeli passport was dramatically handed to the judge after being delivered to the courtroom and inspected by both sides. Before surrendering it, Lavie told a member of her legal team, “Take a picture for the wedding.”

A rattled Lavie darted from the courthouse after the hearing while her attorneys answered questions. “My client is going to follow all the court rules, so she’s not going to have a passport,” attorney Jeremy Lessem said.
The alleged honey trapper is charged with six felonies, including two counts of grand theft, two counts of burglary, and two counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information. She allegedly met multiple older men on dating apps and then stole from their homes.

The California Post was first to report that billionaire Stephen Cloobeck’s arrest on Tuesday was in relation to his penthouse pet fiancée.

Cloobeck has been charged with two felony counts of attempting to prevent or dissuade a victim or witness from testifying, a felony count of preventing or dissuading a witness or victim from attending or testifying at a trial or proceeding, and a misdemeanor count of annoying telephone calls.
All four alleged crimes were committed against the alleged victims of Lavie or their attorneys.

If convicted on all counts, Cloobeck faces up to 11 years and 6 months in prison and up to $30,000 in fines. Lavie faces 11 years and 8 months if convicted.
When Rubenstein was asked if Lavie knew if Cloobeck was allegedly contacting witneeses in the case he was quick to say “No comment.”
Cloobeck, who backed Dem Eric Swalwell before he was accused of rape, previously told the California Post he still wants to marry Lavie, saying: “The marriage is still on, the date is now a secret.”

Lavie has been married before to a porn star Edan Ives known as “Big Nick.”
In the letter addressed to “The Honorable Court of California” and obtained by the California Post, Ives begged for his wife to be freed from her electronic monitoring ankle bracelet by vouching for her character.
“Adva and I met in 2019 when she was working as Flight attendant and I was her passenger,” Ives reveals in the letter. “We fell in love and were married in 2021,” he continues.

The letter, which was written just before Cloobeck, 64, proposed to Lavieon Valentine’s Day at a star-studded Las Vegas charity ball, goes on to say her greatest dream was to become a mother.
The Penthouse Pet and her porn star partner filed for a joint divorce in Clark County, Nevada, on March 3. The two were previously involved in a 2022 fatal accident that killed a motorcycle riderin Los Angeles.

Ives was arrested on June 8, 2023, and charged with vehicular manslaughter. He was sentenced to 20 days in Los Angeles County jail and was on probation for a year.
The Penthouse Pet is expected back in court next month.
