Creeper arrested after trying to scale fence at Chris Brown’s LA home

A man accused of trying to break into singer Chris Brown’s Tarzana property was arrested twice in less than 24 hours after allegedly returning to the home just hours after being released from jail.

Security at Brown’s San Fernando Valley residence first spotted the man near the property Wednesday evening and told him to leave the area, the Los Angeles Police Department told NBC 4.

Police said he initially complied but later came back shortly before 7 p.m. and reportedly attempted to scale a fence surrounding the home.

Security personnel stopped the man before he could get onto the property and detained him until officers arrived.

He was then taken into custody on suspicion of trespassing.

Authorities said Brown was not at home during the incident.

LAPD officials said the case has been submitted to prosecutors for possible charges.

But the bizarre ordeal didn’t end there.

Police said the suspect was released from custody around 4:30 a.m. Thursday, only to show up again at Brown’s home roughly five hours later.

Security once again detained the man until officers arrived, and he was arrested for a second time.

The back-to-back arrests come amid a string of recent incidents tied to the R&B singer’s home.

Earlier this month, a security guard working outside Brown’s residence was arrested after allegedly firing a CO2-style handgun during a confrontation involving a woman in a vehicle.

Investigators said the woman had driven onto the street intending to meet someone when she became involved in an altercation with the guard.

During the dispute, the guard allegedly fired at her car, causing damage to the vehicle. No injuries were reported.

The guard, identified by police as 35-year-old Markeith Cungious, was arrested on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon.

While Brown was not accused of involvement in that incident, the singer has continued to face legal troubles in multiple cases.

In May 2025, Brown was arrested in Manchester, England, over allegations that he struck music producer Abe Diaw with a tequila bottle during a 2023 incident at a London nightclub.

Brown was charged with one count of grievous bodily harm and later released on bail.

He pleaded not guilty in June 2025, and the criminal case is scheduled for trial in October 2026.

Diaw had also filed a $16 million civil lawsuit against Brown, but the matter was settled in June 2025 and the suit was dropped.

Brown is separately facing a lawsuit brought by former housekeeper Maria Avila over an alleged 2020 dog attack involving her sister. The case is scheduled to head to trial on June 15.

The singer, who was accused of domestic violence by ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, has reportedly sought to block any mention of that incident from being introduced during the upcoming proceedings.
