Kyle Richards’ daughter Sophia Umansky, 26, undergoes breast lift amid GLP-1 weight fluctuation

In a town full of phonies, Sophia Umansky isn’t afraid to be herself.

The influencer openly documented going under the knife for a breast lift after the GLP-1 medication, Mounjaro, caused her weight to fluctuate.

“At first, I lost a ton of weight very rapidly and then I gained weight back. Now I feel like I’m finally able to balance out at a perfect medium,” Umansky explained in a Tuesday TikTok video. “My girls are not sitting where I want them be sitting. They’re like hanging real low.”

The “Buying Beverly Hills” alum revealed that she would do a lift but not get any implants. The surgeon, Dr. Steven Teitelbaum, also did her mom Kyle Richards’ 2022 breast reduction.

“I know getting this done will make me so much more confident in my body, and that’s always the goal,” she confessed.

Umansky also toyed with the idea of getting a fat transfer from her hips to add volume to her breasts.

One day later, the reality star recorded herself and Richards on the way to the surgery, with the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star sharing she is “not a fan of implants.”

“I am really excited that Sophia is not getting implants,” she continued in the Instagram video. “We’re excited.”

Umansky then gave her followers a look into the moments leading up to surgery.

While in the pre-op room, Richards teased to Sophia, who was in just a robe, “Aren’t you going to show everyone the before?”

After prepping for surgery, Umansky went under the knife, which was not shown on camera.

A follow-up video, however, caught Richards thanking the doctor, who detailed how the surgery went.

“All done,” he gushed. “Couldn’t be better!”

Afterwards, the mother-daughter duo headed home with a groggy Umansky telling the Bravo vet, “It feels a little more painful than going to pilates,” before joking she was putting a Tylenol in her boobs.

While many fans praised Umansky for being so candid about the procedure, one follower called her decision to go under the knife “insane and sad.”

She simply replied, “I’m so happy though…”

Umansky has openly documented her weight-loss journey on TikTok over the past year, even revealing she experienced hair loss while on the drug.

“I am very lucky that I have so much hair, because at the rate that I’ve been losing hair, I’m gonna be bald in about a week,” Umanksy said in a May 2025 TikTok video.

“I started Mounjaro about four months ago, and I would say like maybe for the past three weeks to a month, I’ve noticed a dramatic hair loss situation,” she explained at the time.

However, despite the side effect, Umansky continued to use the medication.

A few days later, she clapped back at online critics.

“People who are telling me that I don’t need to be on it, they don’t know what they’re talking about. They’re not doctors,” the social media star told People.

“I think everyone needs to calm down and live their own lives. And honesty will get you far in life and lying is not fun. It’s not good.”
