Correspondents’ dinner shooting suspect to be arraigned in federal court

Cole Tomas Allen, the man suspected in the White House correspondents’ dinner shooting, is set to make his first appearance in federal court in D.C. on Monday. One Secret Service officer was struck by a bullet during the attack but was protected by a bulletproof vest.
