Dolly Parton’s manager has dismissed his lawsuit against her nephew, Bryan Seaver.
Danny Nozell and his lawyers said they were giving notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice of its claims in a filing Thursday, obtained by Page Six.
The filing leaves open the possibility that they could bring the claims against Seaver again in the future.
It is unclear if the two reached a settlement.

The two were set to face off at a hearing that was scheduled for Tuesday.
Parton passed away on Aug. 25 after a secret battle with cancer. She was 80.
Less than a month after her death, the “Jolene” singer’s estate shockingly fired Seaver from his position as head of security.
A Tennessee judge then granted a temporary restraining order (TRO) against Seaver and his security company, ordering them to stay 1,000 feet away from Parton’s offices in Nashville and from interfering with her business.
Nozell, Parton’s manager of 20 years, claimed in his lawsuit filed in September that Seaver — who announced Parton’s death on social media — was trying to extort him for money and had been threatening him.

He also accused him of “invoking his self-proclaimed military-contractor experience, access to weapons, and capacity for violence” to demand money, and alleged he started threatening him a few weeks before Parton died.
Seaver allegedly threatened, “All I do is warfare … everyone needs to be worried about what I might do.”
Another one of his alleged messages read, “Her money better be bigger than I can make elsewhere or I’m going to f–k everyone. I am about to become the hand of retribution for my entire family.”
Seaver denied the claims and in a statement to TMZ, he said the messages were taken out of context.
“Nothing in this lawsuit were threats and most of the comments I stand by,” he shared. “I was talking frankly in a private way with Danny who I thought was my friend and he fancies himself a gangster. A lot of these messages are two guys having rage talk and crying on the phone together while we were grieving.”
Page Six later exclusively reported that Seaverallegedly intimidated staffers at the late country singer’s Nashville hotel and museum, per Nozell’s lawsuit.

However, a source told us that Nozell may have ulterior motives in pursuing this lawsuit against Seaver.
“He wants the family out of the picture, and wants to turn her house into Graceland,” an insider told us, noting that “Danny doesn’t have the heart that Dolly did.”
Last month, Seaver said he was barred from the CMA tributeto Parton — which featured Reba McEntire, Katy Perry, Kelsea Ballerini and Carrie Underwood — amid his legal battle with her estate.
“What a beautiful tribute. I was not invited. Nor was my daughter, Dolly’s songwriting guitar playing, claw hammer finger pickin progeny,” Seaver wrote in a Facebook post.
“The rest of my entire family was invited. A few attended. My kids and I were told not to attend. Such is life…” he continued.
