Christian Bale couldn’t help but gush over his “incredibly talented” daughter, Emmeline “Luka.”
Speaking to E! News at the Los Angeles premiere of his upcoming film, “Madden,” the actor made a rare comment about his and wife Sandra “Sibi” Blažić’s eldest child’s budding modeling career.
“She’s incredibly talented as a photographer, as a model herself, and I do see her directing me one day,” Bale, who is also father to son Joseph, told the outlet on Wednesday.
“She’s got an amazing mind, an amazing creative brain, incredible visions, etc. I’m so bloody proud of her,” he added.
The “Batman Begins” actor, 52, also made it clear that he would be “completely” on board with having Luka, 21, direct him one day.
“I’d probably behave better for her than anybody else ever,” he quipped. “I’m terrified.”
As for his daughter’s life in the public eye, Bales admitted he hasn’t offered her any advice, as he still has “no idea about it” himself.
“I still don’t know how to do this at all. I still mess it up all the time. She’s got a great head on her shoulders,” he said.
Despite Bale’s critically acclaimed career and extensive body of work, he admitted that Luka and Joseph, 12, aren’t easily impressed.
“They’re used to me. They just think I’m insane, but that’s normal. That’s how it is,” he said.
Bale stars alongside Nicolas Cage in “Madden,” with Cage portraying NFL legend John Madden and Bale taking on the role of former Oakland Raiders owner Al Davis.
The film is set to arrive in select theaters on Nov. 11 before streaming on Prime Video Nov. 18.
Elsewhere in his interview with E! News, Bale said filming the movie was “fantastic,” adding that he has “really appreciated Nic’s acting and his choices and his life.”
“He’s someone who lives an interesting life, and Al did that, and John did that. These are great characters,” he told the outlet. “Seeing Nic’s absolute love of John and devotion to him was wonderful, and equally, I had that love and devotion to Al Davis, who was just such an iconic character.”
Bale has been married to Blažić since January 2000. The couple most recently made a rare public appearance alongside Luka and Joseph in July 2025, attending Dolce & Gabbana’s Alta Moda couture show.
