Ex White House press secretary Katie Zacharia has last laugh as she’s spotted working out in sunny SoCal

Katie Zacharia — and her amazing six-pack abs — have been spotted in public for the first time since leaving the White House.

The former White House press secretary and mom of four wore orange-colored workout leggings and a purple sports bra as she enjoyed the SoCal sunshine.

A self described “gym rat,” Zacharia was fired from President Trump’s administration on Friday — a mere four days after her first briefing.

She returned to her California home in the aftermath and told the California Post she had no regrets.

“I’m proud I said yes, stood firm in what I believe, and kept supporting the president even when the circumstances weren’t ideal for me — showing my children what courage looks like in the face of criticism,” she said.

Zacharia’s departure followed one 14-minute press briefing where she was visibly nervous, a devastating series of media appearances, and questions about her legal credentials.

She barely had time to set up an office, let alone make a full-fledged move to Washington, DC.

No stranger to the Beltway, Zacharia spent a few months in Washington earlier this year as a spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security.

While in that position she had a security detail, as did other senior staffers at the agency, which oversees immigration enforcement and its controversial policies that have outraged the left.

Zacharia called the pictures an invasion of her privacy.

“A photographer staged outside my location this morning and invaded my privacy — another example of the left’s hostility toward supporters of President Trump and law enforcement,” she told The Post in a statement.

“Anyone who targets me or my family, invades our privacy, or engages in harassment will be met with a full and firm response. I will protect my family, and I will not tolerate it. Those who seek to destroy lives and endanger families for clicks should be ashamed.”

“Any outlet exposing my facility or location to credible threats are complicit,” she added.

Zacharia’s five days as press secretary marked the shortest stint ever for a Trump aide, defeating the record set previously by White House communications chief Anthony Scaramucci, who lasted just 11 days before being canned in 2017.

She was handpicked by Trump with an on-the-spot job offer.

In February, Zacharia wrote an op-ed in The Postabout how she was bullied in her cardio kickboxing class for wearing a Trump hat.

“If a gym can’t handle a Team Trump hat without descending into hysteria, the toxicity isn’t in the wearer — it’s in the leftist rulebook poisoning everything it touches,” she wrote.

“Never back down. Never surrender.”
