Fake babes, stolen jokes: AI-generated women are ripping off comics to promote porn sites, reports find

A crop of busty, AI-generated women is reportedly stealing jokes from real stand-up comedians — racking up millions of views on Instagram while steering fans toward adult subscription sites including OnlyFans and Fanvue.

The digitally manufactured hotties, who often perform in skimpy outfits before fake audiences, have amassed hundreds of thousands of followers while recycling jokes that previously went viral when performed by real comedians, Wired reported Friday.

One of the most popular fake performers, a curvy AI-generated woman named Tiffany Sloane, amassed more than 375,000 Instagram followers within weeks of her first posts appearing in September, according to news site Kotaku.

One of her stand-up clips racked up more than 7 million views in less than two weeks.

Sloane’s Instagram account also featured a link to an OnlyFans page in its Highlights section, according to Wired, which reported Friday that it had identified eight comedians whose material has been copied by AI-generated women.

Among them was George Brett Olson, who discovered that Sloane had performed a nearly identical version of his joke about Republicans ignoring the risks of artificial intelligence while sounding the alarm about illegal immigration.

In an Oct. 3 Instagram post, Olson shared a side-by-side comparison showing the fake comedian delivering his routine against a matching backdrop — even wearing a similar salmon-colored shirt and khaki shorts.

Only the punch line had been altered.

“I just thought it was so weird to see people openly stealing in real time,” Olson told Wired.

After the comedian publicly called out Sloane, the account responded “sorry, won’t happen again” before deleting the offending video along with numerous other clips, according to the report.

Another synthetic bombshell, a buxom blonde named Aylen Skye, amassed roughly 250,000 Instagram followers while performing stolen jokes — including one delivered in a crop top and Daisy Dukes.

Stand-up comedian Julia Jasunas discovered that Skye had lifted one of her routines about renting a room to an attractive man — reproducing it word for word, right down to the “ums” and “ahs.”

The fake influencer also promoted AylenTV.com, which redirected visitors to NSFW content on Fanvue, an OnlyFans rival that openly markets itself as a platform for monetizing AI-generated creators.

“It’s one thing to have your jokes stolen,” Jasunas told Wired. “It’s another to funnel your work into something so sexualized, for someone else’s profit.”

The problem extends beyond the two accounts.

Comedian Olivia Carter discovered that her joke about asking out her personal trainer — a routine she previously performed on Netflix and “The Tonight Show” — had been repurposed by multiple AI-generated women, according to a Sept. 30 investigation by Straight Arrow News.

One offending Instagram account had 180,000 followers, while another boasted 240,000 — compared with Carter’s roughly 113,000 at the time.

The controversy has also exposed a potential loophole in Meta’s rules governing impersonation and intellectual property.

Jasunas said Instagram rejected her impersonation complaint because Skye wasn’t pretending to be her — even though the synthetic performer was delivering her material.

Olson likewise said supporters who reported Sloane’s video were informed the content did not violate the platform’s community guidelines.

The comedian said he consulted an intellectual property lawyer but was advised that pursuing legal action likely wouldn’t be worthwhile unless the OnlyFans account was generating millions of dollars, according to Wired.

Instagram boss Adam Mosseri acknowledged the problem after Olson tagged him in a social media post.

Mosseri said Meta was “very invested in trying to drive more traffic to original content creators” and wanted to determine how to address AI accounts that copy their work wholesale.

Nonetheless, Mosseri added that he didn’t think it was “practical for us to try and ban AI content from the platform.”

“It’s gonna be harder and harder to identify, and it’s not all bad content (though yes, there is plenty of slop),” Mosseri told The Post in a statement.

The Post has sought comment from OnlyFans and FanVue.
