Cornell handed students raunchy sex checklist discussing ‘three partners at a time’ — which could’ve led to frat orgies: critics

Cornell University has a history of pushing raunchy sex-ed guides that critics claim fueled the Chi Phi frat scandal by encouraging drug-fueled orgies.

In 2019, Cornell Health published “Yes, No, Maybe So: A Sexual Inventory Stocklist,” which contains dozens of risque sex acts and asks respondents to answer if they’re interested in performing them.

Among the activities listed are “Sex of some kind(s) with three partners at a time,” “Sex of some kind(s) with more than three partners at a time” and “Some kind of casual or occasional open/non-exclusive sexual relationship.”

Other activities mentioned on the checklist are “Initiating or having sex while or after I have been drinking alcohol or other recreational drugs” and “Having a partner talk to acquaintances, family or co-workers about our sex life.”

Other sex ed materials that Cornell Health recommends be displayed in dorms include the worksheet “Sexual Pleasure: Finding the ‘Sweet Spot,’” which discusses BDSM, fetish gear and sex toys. Another worksheet called “Sensate Focus” discusses “mutual touching.”

Cornell encouraged RAs at the college to display the materials on bulltetin boards in their dorm halls until April, according to an archived Cornell Sexual Health campaign website obtained by The Post.

The Ivy League campus was thrown into bedlam after a former university student known only as Jane Doe filed a civil lawsuit in September alleging she had been plied with drugs and gang raped by seven members of the Chi Phi fraternity in October 2024.

The woman alleged that she had had non-consensual sexwith four different men while she was drunk and high on ketamine.

Sickening texts that the men involved in the incident sent to their fraternity group chat included “free p–sy” and “you can walk in and whip it out.”

Jared Lederman, a Cornell senior and applied economics major who first reported the checklist on his Substack, said the university’s promotion of such acts creates a “permission structure” that could lead to non-consensual encounters.

“Cornell isn’t directly responsible for the alleged gang rape, but the group sex act they are endorsing could very well lead to non-consensual activity, they inherently lead to a gray area,” Lederman, 19, said.

Critics said the checklist was an example of woke policies run amok.

“Progressives have insisted on blurring the boundaries on safe and healthy sexual relationships for a long time. On campus at Cornell, we’re seeing the end result of that decision,” Bethany Mandel, co-host of The Mom Wars podcast, told The Post.

Cornell did not respond to requests for comment.
