Police allegedly responded to a call involving one of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s sons after a neighbor claimed they shot a pellet gun at their horses.
A July 14 police report obtained by TMZ on Thursday showed authorities were allegedly contacted by an employee at the Equestrian Reserve in Alpharetta, Georgia, which sits directly across the street from the reality star’s sprawling home.
The woman reportedly told police she thought one of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum’s children had fired pellets toward her property — but that as far as she knew, no animals or people were struck.
The employee added that she believed the child was attempting to scare horses on the property, and an officer at the site observed 20 to 30 pellets strewn around the road near the equestrian ranch.
The child’s name was reportedly redacted in the report, and the employee did not provide a description of the child involved.
Authorities claimed two boys answered the door at the Bravo personality’s home, though only one belonged to her. Per the report, while admitting he’d discharged the pellet gun, the child denied he was attempting to hit people or animals on the nearby property.
The Equestrian Reserve employee also alleged kids had discharged fireworks from Zolciak’s home — and that when asked about it, the children were “verbally rude and uncooperative.”
No arrests were made following the confrontation, nor any charges filed.
A rep for Zolciak did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on Thursday.
Zolciak and Biermann — who are currently in the midst of a volatile divorce — share sons KJ, 15, and Kash Biermann, 13, as well as 12-year-old twins Kaia and Kane.
Kroy also adopted her daughters from a previous relationship, Brielle Biermann, 29, and Ariana Biermann, 24.
The outlet reported on Tuesday that the couple’s eldest son has been released from jailon $200,000 bond — under strict conditions — after being accused of sexual assault and sodomy by a female classmate.
Though living at his mother’s house and attending school virtually, a grand jury in Georgia has indicted him on seven charges — including aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation, false imprisonment, aggravated sexual battery, and three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16 — in the case.
KJ was initially arrested on Aug. 17 over the accusations, which the classmate involved alleged happened at the Life Time fitness center in Alpharetta, Georgia, on April 23, per court documents previously obtained by Page Six.
Both KJ’s lawyer, Jason Sheffield, and his mother have vigorously denied wrongdoing on behalf of KJ, with the reality star calling the allegations “nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling” in a statement to Page Six.
“He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged,” she added in part.
