Shirtless Rick Springfield, 77, shows off toned body during Las Vegas concert

Rick Springfield is more ripped than ever at age 77.

The Australian rockstar showed off his toned body as he performed shirtless at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas over the weekend.

In footage from the concert, Springfield played his classic song “Jessie’s Girl” with his abs on full display, wearing nothing but a pair of black leather pants.

Springfield similarly went shirtless for his concert at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville on Aug. 21.

The clip of Springfield in Vegas went viral on social media, prompting fans to marvel over his incredible physique.

“77…Who’s his chef, trainer and doctors? I’ll buy whatever serum he’s taking,” one fan wrote on X.

“He looks 47! Seriously!” someone else tweeted.

Another account wrote, “77?! Holy Fountain of Youth!!!”

A different fan said Springfield “must be doing something right” because he “still looks and sounds great and a full head of hair to boot.”

“He looks at least 20 years younger,” another fan tweeted.

Springfield, who is currently on his I Want My ’80s Tour, told People last year that he maintains his rock-hard abs by exercising every day.

“Every time I play with my band, it is a two-hour aerobic workout,” he said at the time. “On the road we’re Planet Fitness whores. Planet Fitness is like the Holiday Inn of workout places — they’re all the same, every place you go.”

The Grammy Award winner also revealed that he stays fit by being a pescatarian.

“I’ll have meat now and then if I feel like feeling a little weak, but I don’t eat dairy or anything like that,” he shared. “I’m on a big anti-inflammation kick.”

Additionally, Springfield said said he cut back on drinking alcohol two years prior.

“I was drinking quite a bit, and as you get older, it’s kind of a natural thing to drop all that s—,” he explained. “I’ll have a couple of sips of vodka or something when I’m onstage, but I don’t drink any other time.”

In the same 2025 interview, Springfield admitted that he doesn’t feel his age.

“I still feel like I’m in my 20s in my head,” he told the outlet.

“Then I see people dying from old age disease and go, ‘Wow, I’m the same age as old people!’”
