Kanye West settles sexual harassment lawsuit with former assistant

Kanye West and his former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta have reached a settlement over her sexual harassment lawsuit against him, Page Six can confirm

West and Pisciotta settled the lawsuit on July 23, according to court docs the latter’s lawyers submitted to a Los Angeles court Tuesday.

According to the filing, obtained by Page Six Wednesday, the settlement is “unconditional” and a request for dismissal will be filed within 45 days of July 23.

Further details of the settlement were not disclosed. TMZ was the first to report the news.

Page Six has reached out to West’s reps for comment.

As we previously reported, Pisciotta sued the disgraced rapper for sexual harassment and wrongful termination in June 2024.

In the filing, obtained by Page Six, Pisciotta shared that she started working with West in July 2021 as he prepared to launch his Yeezy fashion line.

The influencer was offered $1 million for the job. The only condition was that she would be available to him 24 hours a day, seven days a week — which she accepted.

In her lawsuit, Pisciotta detailed that she was also making an additional $1 million from OnlyFans until West, 49, asked her to be more “God Like” and delete her account in 2022.

In return, West — whose legal name is Ye — allegedly raised her salary to $2 million a year to compensate for the lost income. However, she claimed that he never adjusted her salary.

Shortly after her raise, the Grammy winner allegedly started sending Pisciotta vulgar text messages.

Additionally, West allegedly shared explicit details of sexual acts he wanted to experience, as well as photos and videos of West having intercourse with other women.

Pisciotta also allegedly received intimate photos of “current and former” Yeezy employees — both “men and women” — from West.

In another instance, he allegedly locked them in a room together and masturbated next to her before falling asleep. She also claimed that he got angry after she shut down any advances to “date or have sex” with him.

By September 2022, Pisciotta was promoted to chief of staff of several of West’s companies and offered a $4 million salary. But just a month later, he fired her.

Pisciotta was offered $3 million in severance, which she also allegedly never received. In her lawsuit, she is seeking compensation for breach of contract and hostile work environment.

In an amended complaint obtained by Page Six in October 2024, Pisciotta made more bombshell claims, accusing West of drugging and sexually assaulting her during a studio session with Sean “Diddy” Combs.

In a July 2024 statement to Page Six, West’s legal team slammed Pisciotta’s lawsuit as “baseless”and alleged she had been blackmailing the rapper.

“In response to these baseless allegations, Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta, who actively pursued him sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits, then engaged in blackmail and extortion when her advances were rejected,” the statement read.

The songwriter’s legal team also accused Pisciotta of “unhinged conduct,” claiming that “Pisciotta offered Ye sex on his birthday to which he declined, sent Ye unsolicited nude images, sexual narratives and was seen twerking in the office during business hours.”

The lawyers added that her “behavior is entirely inconsistent with someone who claims to have been sexually harassed or experienced a hostile work environment.”
