Epstein-linked LA28 boss Casey Wasserman slashes prices of LA mansion by $8M

Embattled LA28 Olympics boss Casey Wasserman has slashed the sales price of his Los Angeles mansion by nearly $8 million months after marking it down by $2.6 million.

The sports mogul’s Kubrick-inspired glass-and-terrazzo abode is now asking just $24.995 million, a staggering drop from its $32.5 million price tag when it hit the market in September 2025.

The cut comes after Wasserman, chairman of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, faced calls to resign when it was revealed that he exchanged suggestive emails with Epstein madame Ghislaine Maxwell in 2003 and had flown on the convicted pedophile’s private jet.

Wasserman, who has an estimated net worth of $400 million, according to multiple reports, bought the newly built property for $23.6 million in August 2020 — two months after he sold a custom-built Beverly Hills mansion to music executive David Geffen for $68 million.

The 11,179-square-foot showpiece at 9265 Robin Dr. in Los Angeles was designed by XTEN Architects and sits high above LA in the exclusive Bird Streets neighborhood.

The home was previously celebrated as the winner of the AIA Los Angeles Award for Most Influential Architecture of 2020.

Inspired by Stanley Kubrick’s “2001: A Space Odyssey,” the futuristic residence looks more like a movie set than a traditional mansion, with floor-to-ceiling glass, polished terrazzo floors and sweeping views stretching from downtown LA to the Pacific Ocean.

The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property features a professional theater, gym, dance studio, office and gallery-style walls built for displaying art.

The estate also includes an infinity pool, sprawling lawn and an eight-car subterranean garage.

After his ties to Epstein came to light, Wasserman issued a public apology expressing regret over the decades-old correspondence.

He has said he had no business or personal relationship with Epstein and that the interactions occurred before Maxwell’s crimes became known.

LA Mayor Karen Bass and other politicians had called for him to step down from the LA28 Olympic executive committee, which ultimately decided to keep him on board.

The committee’s internal review said Wasserman’s flight on Epstein’s plane was part of a humanitarian mission to Africa taken at the invitation of the Clinton Foundation.
