The Issue: The Supreme Court ruling upholding state bans on biological males playing in female sports.
During her 2022 Supreme Court confirmation hearing, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson could not define what a woman is, saying “I’m not a biologist.” Yet, she was actually allowed to cast a vote in the ruling on state bans on transgender athletes participating in girls’ and women’s sports (“Logic wins, but game isn’t over,” Kirsten Fleming, July 1).
Due to her lack of knowledge on the subject or her aversion to telling the truth on the matter, she should have been excused from voting on the decision.

I agree with Justice Brett Kavanaugh that men should not participate in women’s sports.
I also agree that the trans students who have the desire to compete are teenagers or people in their early 20s and should be treated with respect.

Thank you to the Supreme Court for making the obvious decision concerning boys competing in girls’ sports.
There is a solution that can make everyone happy: Have all the transgender athletes move to states like California or Connecticut. Then those states will have winning teams to brag about.

The Supreme Court’s ruling on the right to ban biological males from women’s sports does not constitute a federal law telling states what to do. It merely gives the states the right to decide the matter individually, as was the case with abortion.
This is another example of the Supreme Court’s tendency to address only limited and specific applications to the Constitution and its reluctance to address critical issues broadly and decisively. Contentious issues involving sanctuary-city status, justice reform and property rights likely will be treated similarly.

Males are males, regardless of their exterior presence. For trans people to be so insensitive and uncaring toward the biological differences between us and them is hurtful — both physically and mentally. It is abusive of them to use their strength against us women.
The Supreme Court made the right call.

The Supreme Court should never have had to rule on this asinine issue. Anyone who is rational knows that biological males have no business in girls’ and women’s sports. It’s a known fact that males are stronger than females.
Not only is it unfair, it’s dangerous. Those extremists advocating for biological males in girls’ and women’s sports are in the minority. And just because a male identifies as “transgender” doesn’t mean he’s a female.
They’ve stolen enough scholarships, titles and the glory away from females. Let us all be grateful for this common-sense ruling.

The scariest thing about the Supreme Court’s decision on boys not playing in girls’ sports is not the actual decision but that three of the four female justices on the court voted against the ban.
One of those justices couldn’t even define what a woman is at her confirmation hearing.

The Supreme Court has decided: No biological men in women’s sports. The three ignorant liberal women justices dissented. What the hell were they thinking? Do they enjoy seeing a biological man beat a woman in a race or any other sporting event?
What is shocking is that this common-sense issue even had to go to the Supreme Court.

It is 2026 and this real-life abomination about guys playing women’s sports has been a hot topic.
Thanks, Kirsten Fleming — most Americans would agree that the path the left has been taking is the path into the abyss. It makes zero sense to punish young women to let some guy compete in their sports, let alone be allowed to undress in their locker rooms.
