Millie Bobby Brown once said she wouldn’t reveal her daughter’s name — but stranger things have happened.
Social media users are convinced the actress debuted the little one’s moniker, Ruth, in an Instagram post over the weekend.
In Saturday’s slideshow, the “Stranger Things” alum, 22, paired a yellow bikini with a gold body chain and a slew of jewelry, including a gold “Ruth” necklace.

“Her necklace says Ruth! Baby name??!!” one fan asked, with another dubbing the choice “so cute.”
A third, however, pointed out that the jewelry could be a tribute to Brown’s late grandmother Ruth, who passed away in 2020 — “but she could’ve named her baby after her sooo…”
Brown’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The “Enola Holmes” star, notably, appeared to share her child’s initials in August 2025, days after announcing she and husband Jake Bongiovi had started a family.
At the time, Brown was photographed holding a pink phone case featuring the letters “R,” “W” and “B,” with the latter likely being Brown or Bongiovi’s last names.
The couple tied the knot in a private May 2024 ceremony — and wallked down the aisle again in Italy that September.

After their nuptials, Brown was vocal about wanting to have kids with her 24-year-old partner.
“This has been my thing since before I met Jake. … I wanted to be a [young] mom just like the way my mom was to me,” she told “SmartLess” podcast listeners in March 2025. “It’s so important to start a family for me personally.”
In a joint statement five months later, Brown and Jon Bon Jovi’s son announced they were parents.
“This summer, we welcomed our sweet baby girl through adoption,” they gushed. “We are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy.”

The pair have kept their infant’s face off of social media — and Brown insisted to British Vogue in November 2025 that she planned to keep her daughter’s name under wraps.
“For me, it’s really important to protect her and her story until she’s old enough to potentially one day share it herself,” she explained. “It’s not my place to purposefully put her in the spotlight unwillingly.
“If she chooses to share her personality one day with the world, like I did when I was young, that’s something we’d support,” the Emmy nominee continued. “But right now, as she’s so little, it’s our job to protect her.”
