Scott Jennings brutally mocked after using profane threat on CNN: ‘Humiliated himself’

GOP strategist Scott Jennings was brutally mocked on Thursday night after he dropped a profane threat to one of the panelists on CNN’s “NewsNight.”

The panel discussed President Donald Trump’s war in Iran, during which Jennings and Democratic pundit Adam Mockler got into a heated confrontation about whether the war is justified. Mockler claimed that Jennings struggled to defend the war during the debate because it “wasn’t going his way,” which caused him to explode.

“Get your f—— hand out of my face!” Jennings snapped at Mockler, who is often expressive with his hands when he talks. “First of all.”

Host Abby Phillip tried to calm the situation, but Jennings continued.

“I’m not gonna have this guy’s hand in my face,” Jennings said, pointing to Mockler.

Political analysts and observers shared their reactions on social media.

“Scott Jennings just humiliated himself live on air,” Democratic commentator Harry Sisson posted on X.

“gEt YoUr hANd oUt oF mY FaCE,” California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s press office posted on X.

“Absolutely UNHINGED behavior! How could any network possibly allow this loose cannon on the air?” the MeidasTouch Network posted on X.

“Unbelievably satisfying,” progressive influencer Hasan Piker posted on X.
