Child abuser dad Jake Haro was sentenced to 25 years to life on Monday for torturing and murdering his defenseless 7-month-old son, Emmanuel — whose tiny body still has not been found.

Haro, who copped to a second-degree murder charge in a Riverside County Superior Court in California last month, shook his head and wiped tears from his eyes as the judge read the sentences, according to a live stream from Channel 3 News.

The 32-year-old killer dad was also hit with an aggregate sentence of 180 days plus six years and 8 months for separate charges of assault causing bodily harm to a child and filing a false report.

Haro’s son Emmanuel was reported missing in Cabazon, Calif., on Aug. 14 by his 41-year-old mom, who claimed she was attacked by Hispanic men who abducted their baby outside a sporting goods store in San Bernardino.

But investigators didn’t buy the Haros’ version of events, citing inconsistencies in their story.

Cops stormed the Haros’ home and arrested them on Aug. 22.Haro’s wife, Rebecca Haro, who is also charged with murder, pleaded not guilty to an updated criminal complaint.

Jake allegedly admitted to a fake, police-planted inmate that he killed Emmanuel and dumped the baby’s body in a trash can, a source told NewsNation. He also told cops he accidentally smothered the boy while he was sleeping and buried his body, the source said.

The duo carried out the crimes “with planning, sophistication and professionalism,” and they took advantage of the position of trust as parents, preying on a “particularly vulnerable” victim, their baby boy, the updated complaint from Thursday alleges.

Jake has a previous conviction for child abuse and was sentenced to probation — which he was still serving when he killed his son, prosecutors allege. In the prior case, he viciously beat his 10-week-old daughter Carolina, leaving her disabled for life.He received no prison time for the vicious abuse, only probation.

“He destroyed my whole family. My children. Everybody in my family are destroyed…He changed my daughter’s life,” Rebecca Haro’s mother, Mary Beushausen said in a victim impact statement, describing years of terror and abuse against her grandchildren at Jake’s hands. She also blasted the judge who gave Haro probation for his previous abuse charge. “He had a second chance. My daughter didn’t have a second chance with him. His children didn’t have a second chance.”
