Paramount and Spyglass on Thursday unveiled the trailer for Scream 7, the latest installment of the horror franchise that this time includes Neve Campbell, who returns as the movies’ original character Sidney Prescott.
The new pic hits theaters on February 27, 2026.
The plot: A new Ghostface killer emerges in the quiet town where Sidney has built a new life, and her darkest fears are realized as her daughter (Isabel May) becomes the next target. The story is by James Vanderbilt and Busick, the duo who penned 2023’s Scream VI, the New York-set sequel that grossed $166.6 million at the global box office and starred Jenna Ortega and Melissa Barrera.
The Scream 7 cast includes another franchise returnee, Courteney Cox, along with Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding, Anna Camp, Joel McHale, Mckenna Grace, Michelle Randolph, Jimmy Tatro, Asa Germann, Celeste O’Connor, Sam Rechner, Ethan Embry, Tim Simons and Mark Consuelos.
