Former child actor Floyd Roger Myers Jr., who appeared in the popular sitcom “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” and television movie “The Jacksons: An American Dream,” has died. He was 42 years old.

His mother, Renee Trice, told TMZ that the actor passed away at his Maryland home on the morning of Oct. 29 from a heart attack. She told the outlet he had three heart attacks over the last three years and that she had just spoken to her son the night before.

Trice posted about the passing on Facebook, writing, “THIS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE SO.” She shared a GoFundMe page posted by his sister Tyree.

“It is with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of my beloved brother, Floyd Roger Myers Jr , who tragically left us today after a sudden heart attack,” the page said. “He was a devoted father, loving brother, and friend whose kindness, laughter, and warmth touched everyone he met.”

Tyree said Myers Jr. leaves behind four children: Taelyn, Kinsley, Tyler, and Knox.

“This fundraiser was created to help relieve some of the financial burden that comes with this sudden tragedy. All funds raised will go toward funeral expenses, supporting his children, and helping us navigate this difficult time as we grieve and adjust.”

In 1992, Myers Jr. appeared as a young Will Smith in the Season 3 episode of “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” titled “Will Gets Committed.” That same year, he played a young Marlon Jackson in two episodes of the television miniseries “The Jacksons: An American Dream.”

In 2000, he played a student in an episode of “Young Americans.”

Most recently, he owned the air duct and dryer vent cleaning company Dr. Duct, he wrote on Instagram. He also co-founded The Fellaship Men’s Group.

“RIP to our good brother @rocwonder one of our co-founders,” the group wrote on social media. “Gone but never will be forgotten. The mission will continue in your honor. Next men’s meeting will be one for the books, like we talked about! Love you, bro. Rest easy, big bro will take it from here.”
