PHOENIX — An industrial park stretching across 239,700 square feet is coming to Peoria’s Five North at Vistancia and is expected to be completed in mid-2027, according to a Wednesday press release.
Barclay Group will be the builder of Vistancia Commerce Park, which is located on the southeast corner of Westward Skies Drive and Desert Cactus Lane near the Loop 303. It is also minutes from the $165 billion campus for Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.
Construction on the park is scheduled to begin in mid-2026.
The site will feature four main buildings, labeled A through D, with square footage ranging from 9,400 to 54,000.
JLL Vice Chairman Riley Gilbert was one of four people to earn clearance to lease the project.
“Vistancia Commerce Park at Five North will feed off of Arizona’s advanced manufacturing evolution and the Vistancia corridor itself, which in its own right is emerging as a hub of residential and commercial uses,” Gilbert said in the release. “This is a perfect position for Barclay Group’s new project as positive economic ripple effects continue and as demand for mid-size industrial space remains underserved yet is rapidly growing.”
The project architect is Butler Design Group and civil engineer is GM Civil.
