US Vice President Vance ‘insulted’ by Israeli parliament’s West Bank annexation vote
US Vice President JD Vance criticized a bill in Israeli parliament on annexing the , adding he was personally insulted by the move.
“It was a very stupid political stunt,” he said upon his departure after a visit to Israel.
Vance added that the US’ official position is that the territory will not be annexed by Israel, and that this remains unchanged.

Trump: ‘Israel would lose all of its support from the US’ if it annexed West Bank
US President said Israel would lose Washington’s backing should the country go ahead with the annexation of the occupied .
“It won’t happen,” Trump told US outlet Time Magazine, saying he had given his word to Arab leaders that the territory — which is considered illegally occupied under international law — will not be annexed.
“Israel would lose all of its support from the US if that happened,” Trump added.
The US leader also described the conversation with Israeli Prime Minister that led to the latter agreeing to
