LEGO enthusiasts of all ages will have a new reason to gather this weekend as Ventura hosts its first-ever LEGO fan convention at the Ventura County Fairgrounds on October 25 and 26.
The event promises a full lineup of attractions for fans, including displays by professional LEGO artists from across the country, meet-and-greets with LEGO celebrities, and fan-built creations in the Fan Zone. Attendees can also explore thousands of bricks in the Brick Pits, shop for new and rare LEGO sets in the LEGO Retail area, and marvel at the Star Wars Zone featuring intricate LEGO recreations from the iconic franchise.
A portion of the proceeds from the convention will benefit Creations for Charity, an all-volunteer nonprofit organization that purchases new LEGO sets for underprivileged children worldwide during the holidays.
Tickets, priced at $17.70 online (including fees) and $20 at the door, are valid for a specific day and time slot, with children 2 and under admitted free. Organizers are advising early purchase as sessions are already selling out.
The Ventura Brick Convention marks the city’s first major gathering dedicated solely to LEGO, offering fans a chance to connect with builders, discover rare sets, and celebrate the creativity of the LEGO community.
