A 22-year-old man who allegedly used a fake identity to pose as a student at a Minnesota high school has been accused of sexually assaulting his teen classmates, according to authorities.

Multiple parents have alleged that Kelvin Luebke sexually assaulted students while posing as a senior at White Bear Lake High School, according to a search warrant application obtained by KARE11.

White Bear Lake police applied for a search warrant on Monday to look through Leubke’s phone in response to the alarming allegations, the outlet reported.

A school resource officer is also investigating a claim that Leubke received nude photos from a female student, according to the filing.

Multiple juvenile girls have reported to cops that the high school wannabee had been texting and messaging them on social media, authorities added.

Leubke was arrested last month on an unrelated warrant and sprung free from Washington County Jail, Fox9 reported.

A parent had reported that her daughter saw Luebke’s mugshot online and recognized him as a fellow student she knew as “K.P.,” the document said. The parent then alerted the school.

Leubke has not yet been formally charged in connection with the sexual assault allegations.

The poser has previous convictions for criminal traffic violations and disorderly conduct, court records obtained by The Post show.

In a letter to parents after Leubke’s arrest, Principal Russell Reetz stated that an individual “over the age of 21” had evaded the district’s security measures to become a student at the school.

“Upon our initial investigation, we have determined that while enrolling this individual, we followed our enrollment process, which is as rigorous as state law allows,” he said.

Reetz assured parents that Luebke had been banned from district property.

“Please rest assured that the safety and well-being of all students is our top priority. I am grateful to the staff members, families, and students who saw something and decided to report it,” he wrote in the email.

Luebke was also on the football team’s roster, students previously confirmed.

District superintendent Dr. Wayne Kazmierczak confirmed to KARE11 that Leubke had enrolled as a homeless, unaccompanied youth and had only attended the school for 19 days.

“He also presented a birth certificate from another country showing that he was 18 years old and eligible for high school enrollment,” Kazmierczak said.

“Throughout the enrollment process, there was no reason to believe the official birth certificate was fraudulent,” he added.

“The provided birth certificate included authentic watermarking and official stamps/seals. There was no indication that the document was anything less than authentic.”

The discovery that the grown man had been posing as a high schooler and coexisting amongst teenagers rattled several parents and students.

“I’m scared that they’re not keeping our kids safe. I don’t understand how this man got into my kid’s school,” mom April Jorgenson told CBS News as she broke down in tears, over the fact that Luebke allegedly was around children.

“You need to have a record, and you need to have a physical to do these activities. We just can’t figure out how this happened.”

An unidentified student also said they believed the “district failed us.”

“The people who were overseeing this issue and let this slip past, they need to face the consequences,” the anonymous student told the outlet.

Minnesota law states that students can legally enroll in public school any time before turning 21 — even after age 17 — as long as they live in the district and follow the rules.
