“Real Housewives of Miami” star Alexia Nepola’s ex-husband Todd Nepola is suing Bravo for defamation.

In the $10 million lawsuit filed Tuesday and obtained by Page Six, the Miami real estate investor and developer claims Bravo and associated companies have aired statements and implications that falsely portray him as “financially irresponsible or suffering from financial distress.”

According to the suit, Bravo and the associated companies have “continued to intentionally and maliciously air defamatory statements” about him on “RHOM,” “misuse his name and likeness, and damage his reputation in the Miami business community.”

He points to specific instances in Seasons 6 and 7, for which he allegedly did not sign a contract. He did, however, agree to participate in Seasons 4 and 5 “out of his love and support for Alexia,” from whom he filed for divorce in April 2024 after two years of marriage.

The on-again, off-again couple finalized their divorce in March.

Todd, 52, calls out cast member Adriana de Moura for alleging multiple times in Season 6 that she “heard” he and Alexia, 58, were “having some money trouble” because his business was “struggling.”

While Todd has not physically appeared in Season 7, which is currently airing, much of Alexia’s storyline has centered on their split. Bravo has also re-aired past footage of and about him.

He claims he had “numerous conversations” with producers in which he “explained to them that they were misrepresenting reality and publishing untruths about him,” but he was allegedly told that “they did not care.”

Todd alleges that’s because Bravo and the associated companies “will twist and distort the truth and manipulate the show’s storylines, regardless of the path of destruction they leave behind, as long as the content makes for ‘good television.’”

Todd claims he has “maintained an impeccable reputation both personally and professionally throughout his life. He has never bounced a check, missed a payment, been evicted, faced foreclosure, had a vehicle repossessed or experienced any financial hardship or proceeding that would question his creditworthiness or financial integrity.”

He goes on to insist that his net worth “exceeds $100 million.”

Reps for Alexia, de Moura, Bravo and the associated companies did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

TMZ was first to report on the lawsuit.
