Sean “Diddy” Combs wants to serve out his 50-month sentence in New Jersey’s FCI Fort Dix because of the low-security prison’s drug treatment and rehabilitation program.

Combs’ legal team filed request on Monday naming the Garden State facility as the disgraced rapper’s lockup of choice after he was hit the paltry sentence for prostitution-related charges on Friday.

“In order to address drug abuse issues and to maximize family visitation and rehabilitative efforts, we request that the Court strongly recommend to the Bureau of Prisons that Mr. Combs be placed at FCI Fort Dix for RDAP purposes and any other available educational and occupational programs,” Teny Geragos, one of Combs’ attorneys, wrote in a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian.

RDAP, or the Residential Drug Abuse Program, is the Bureau of Prisons’ most intensive treatment program.

Counting the 14 months of jail time he’s already served, Combs, 55, could be a free man in three short years.

As revealed in the music mogul’s lengthy trial at Manhattan federal court, Combs’ “freak off” parties were laden with drug-fueled debauchery, including baby-oil sexcapades.

Shortly before his sentencing, Combs enrolled in multiple self-improvement programs specifically aimed at pacifying drug use and violence against women.

Experts told The Post that it was a calculated move to help secure a lighter penalty as Combs placed his crimes on drug use and mental health issues.

In a similar move last Thursday, the eve of his sentencing, Combs sent a letter to Subramanian asking for a “second chance” — and citing his sobriety as proof of his “hard work.”

“I’m proud to say I’m working harder than I ever have before. I’m committed to the journey of remaining a drug free, non-violent and peaceful person. I thank God that I’m stronger, wiser, clean, clear and sober. God makes no mistakes,” he wrote.

Combs also wrote that he got “lost in the drugs and the excess” during his years in the spotlight, which pushed him to harm his ex-girlfriends who presented testimonies, including singer Cassie Ventura.
