- Paris Fashion Week kicked off on September 29 and will be underway until October 7.
- Attendees have included actors, musicians, and billionaires like Jeff Bezos.
- While some have worn standout outfits, others have missed the mark with their fashion.
Paris is the city of love, lights, and, unfortunately, some bad outfits this week.
Actors, musicians, billionaires, and others flocked to France starting on September 29 to attend Paris Fashion Week, which concludes on October 7.
More than a few of those attendees wore outfits that needed major tweaks. But luckily, there were just as many stars who arrived in stunning looks, from denim ensembles to a leather gown.
Here’s a look at the best and worst fashion moments we’ve seen at the event so far.
Zendaya stood out in silver at a Louis Vuitton show.

The actor sported a long-sleeved minidress made from metallic fabric. It was embellished with knots down its bodice and white fur attached at the sleeves and neckline.
She kept the rest of her ensemble simple, adding only silver pumps, a ’60s-inspired hairstyle, and warm-toned makeup.
The look was chic and perfectly transitioned her fashion from summer to fall.
Jenna Ortega donned a red dress that looked incomplete.

The “Wednesday” actor attended the Givenchy show wearing a vibrant red gown made from mesh.
The gown’s ruffled red neckline, which sat off the shoulder, was too loose on the actor. Its texture also contrasted the gown’s see-through skirt, making its overall design look incomplete.
She completed the outfit with black and red sandals.
Jeff Bezos had a surprisingly strong fashion moment, while Lauren Sánchez Bezos needed some outfit tweaks.

The newlyweds were photographed holding hands in Paris between runway shows Sánchez Bezos attended on her own.
For a lunch outing on Saturday, they matched in gray ensembles and luxury accessories. Bezos’ outfit was surprisingly stronger than his wife’s.
He wore gray jeans, a matching sweater, a long peacoat, $1,050 Celine sneakers, and $1,185 sunglasses from Jacques Marie Mage.
Sánchez Bezos, on the other hand, wore an archival John Galliano set from 1995. The structured, peplum top worked for the children’s author, but the long skirt didn’t. It scrunched as she walked, which changed its length and made Sánchez Bezos look shorter.
She completed the look with black heels, an Hermés Birkin bag, Balenciaga sunglasses, and statement diamond earrings.
Jaden Smith showcased a fun way to wear denim this fall.

The actor attended Louis Vuitton’s runway show in a two-piece denim set.
The latter included pleated jeans and a long jacket with oversize pockets, while the rest of his outfit included black dress shoes, sunglasses, and a wooden purse.
The former dark-wash pieces featured small sections of the designer brand’s monogram, creating a look that sat between quiet and loud luxury.
Christopher Briney wore a leather jacket that didn’t seem to fit him.

At the Saint Laurent runway show, Briney wore a classic gray suit, a white button-down, and a red tie.
That base was mostly fine, if not a bit too long for the actor from “The Summer I Turned Pretty.”
What really didn’t work was his leather jacket. The cropped piece was too boxy, and its sleeves looked too short, especially when paired with his classic suit.
Meghan Markle made a statement in white at Balenciaga’s runway show.

The Duchess of Sussex surprised fashion fans when she arrived at Paris Fashion Week to see the Spanish brand’s show.
But she was dressed to impress. She wore white trousers, a shapeless blouse, and a matching cape from the designer brand. She also sported its $995 Knife heels in black.
The outfit had Balenciaga’s dramatic flair but was still fit for a former working royal.
Heidi Klum’s gray set didn’t make sense.

She was photographed at the Vetements show wearing a dark gray coat atop a see-through gown made from lighter gray lace.
Unfortunately, the outerwear was too big for the supermodel across the arms and shoulders.
The bottom layer also didn’t work for Klum, as she wore it with only underwear beneath it. A simple bra could have made the daring dress look more cohesive.
Anitta made a daring fashion choice that paid off.

She attended Balmain’s runway show in a leather gown designed by the French brand.
The sleeveless piece had a plunging neckline, a form-fitted bodice, and all-over ruching. It was sleek, sultry, and memorable.
The musician also wore pointed sandals and black gloves adorned with gold cuffs.
Pamela Anderson’s red hair and statement shoes distracted from her dress.

The model and author attended Mugler’s runway show in a pretty, shimmering dress. The long-sleeved piece had an ’80s-inspired top with sharp shoulder pads, and a form-fitted skirt that reached her ankles.
However, it was tough to appreciate the dress because Anderson wore it with pointed heels in a strange shape and a new red bob that curled outwards.
A sleeker hairstyle and simpler shoes could have made all the difference.
Jennifer Lawrence provided the perfect fall outfit inspiration.

The actor attended Dior’s runway event and was photographed on the red carpet in her four-piece ensemble.
It included a blue button-down blouse with the collar popped up, a black vest, gray wide-leg trousers, and a tan trench coat.
The neutral pieces blended seamlessly into a chic look, and Lawrence perfected a pop of color with a red handbag.
Ice Spice should have picked a dress in a different color for Stella McCartney’s show.

The rapper was in the audience wearing a tight minidress that wrapped across one shoulder.
Though its silhouette suited her, its color was so close to her skin tone that it didn’t make the dress stand out.
Her shoes, a pair of brown heels with square toes, were also the wrong choice.
