One live daily talk show is not enough for Good Morning Football‘s Jamie Erdahl, so she is adding a new daily show to her schedule with the launch of No Breaks with Jamie Erdahl.

Starting Wednesday, October 1, Erdahl will go live on YouTube at 4 p.m. ET / 1 p.m. PT with a new daily talk show featuring her unfiltered takes on a variety of topics.

No Breaks will invite viewers into the beautiful chaos of everyday life, including work, parenting, friendships, sports, and the wonderfully random topics that take over group chats.

“People keep asking how I ‘do it all.’ I don’t,” said Erdahl. “Life doesn’t have a pause button, so why should a talk show? No Breaks is where the mess, the laughter, and the honesty all hang together live every afternoon. Let’s begin embracing the chaos together.”

No Breaks will also feature guests dropping by to share their real-life stories, and audiences will be able to chime in in the chat to steer the conversation.

Erdahl is truly taking no breaks, juggling her professional and personal life, and making it look effortless. The television personality leads Good Morning Football every weekday on NFL Network, with her sunny personality setting the tone for the morning sports show.

No Breaks will premiere after Erdahl returns from Ireland, where she is covering the NFL International game between her personal favorites, the Minnesota Vikings, against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The daily talk show will stream live weekdays on the @NoBreaksShow YouTube channel at 4 p.m. ET / 1 p.m. PT and be available on demand. No Breaks will also be made available as a podcast on all major platforms. Clips from the show will be shared on the @NoBreaksShow official channels on Instagram, X, TikTok, and Facebook.
