Street Food Cinema is transforming the historic Heritage Square Museum into a haunted village for its third annual Booze, Bites & Frights Halloween series beginning Oct. 16.

Returning with expanded partnerships and a fresh slate of screenings, the immersive, 21+ event spans two weekends, pairing cult horror films with interactive experiences and spooky attractions.

New for 2025, the series will include showcase nights presented by Lionsgate, Searchlight Pictures and Bloody Disgusting.

“The spooky night begins with scare actors greeting guests along the haunted trail,” according to the event announcement. Once inside, visitors can explore Victorian mansions, enjoy food trucks and signature cocktails, and take part in adult trick-or-treating, costume contests and live DJ sets.

Opening weekend kicks off Thursday, Oct. 16 with a sneak preview hosted by Bloody Disgusting, featuring “Terrifier 2” and its blood-splattered villain, Art the Clown. The following night’s lineup includes “American Psycho,” celebrating its 25th anniversary, followed by the 1974 horror classic “The Texas Chain Saw Massacre,” both presented by Lionsgate.

On Saturday, Oct. 18, Searchlight Pictures offers free admission and complimentary popcorn for a double feature of “The Menu” and “Ready or Not.” The first 250 guests will also receive cheeseburgers inspired by Chef Slowik from “The Menu.”

The series continues Oct. 24 and 25, with the full schedule to be announced.

General admission tickets are $42, with parking available for $25 or $35 for VIP. Seating is provided. Costumes are encouraged, with prizes for standout looks.

Parking is limited, so guests are advised to carpool, use a ride-hailing app, or take the Metro A Line to the Heritage Square station just north of Los Angeles Union Station.

Tickets and details are available at streetfoodcinema.com.
