R&B singer D4vd has canceled the remainder of his U.S. tour after the body of a teenage girl was found inside a Tesla registered to him, according to TMZ.
While some ticket sites still show his upcoming shows as available, reports from multiple sources, including TMZ, indicate that his team has decided to cancel all remaining U.S. dates.
His shows in San Francisco and Los Angeles were slated to be the final U.S. stops on his “Withered 2025 World Tour.” Tickets for his European tour remained on sale as of Friday.
On Sept. 8, authorities found the dismembered remains of a 15-year-old girl inside the front trunk of a Tesla that was abandoned in the Hollywood Hills and taken to a tow yard. The Los Angeles Police Department said the car, which had Texas plates, was registered to Burke.
Earlier this week, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner identified the victim as Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who was reported missing from Lake Elsinore in Riverside County in April 2024. The medical examiner’s report noted that the teen’s body was severely decomposed.
Her cause of death has not yet been determined.
D4vd’s connection to the case remains a focus of the investigation.
According to reports from TMZ, Rivas’s mother said she had a boyfriend named David, and both D4vd and Rivas reportedly had matching “Shhh…” tattoos on their index fingers.
