The apartment has expansive views of Brooklyn, the Williamsburg Bridge and the river. The pool becomes an ice-skating rink in the winter. The NYC Ferry South Williamsburg stop is outside the building.

Cons

Neither bathroom has a window. It’s a 15-minute walk to the closest subway stop. Basement storage cages start at $15,000 and parking spots cost $150,000 or more.
