As the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards recognized the best in television in Los Angeles on Sunday night, the Hollywood satire “The Studio” took home the most trophies, with 13 including best comedy and best actor in a comedy. (The total included awards handed out in the earlier Creative Arts ceremony). Another freshman series, the nervy hospital show “The Pitt,” was the top drama, winning five awards including best actor for Noah Wyle, his first trophy despite his years on “E.R.” “Adolescence” and “Severance” each had a big night as well.

Here’s where to stream some of the major Emmy winners, listed alphabetically.

‘Adolescence’

The British limited series has been the breakout hit of the year with its innovative style and timely take on online misogyny and radicalization. Created by Jack Thorne and Stephen Graham, the latter of whom also stars, it follows a 13-year-old boy (Owen Cooper) accused of killing a female classmate, with each episode filmed in one take. It won eight Emmys, including outstanding limited series, lead actor in a limited series for Graham, and supporting actor in a limited series for Cooper.

‘Andor’

Tony Gilroy’s prequel to the 2016 film “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” — itself a prequel to the original “Star Wars” — centers on the revolutionary Cassian Andor (Diego Luna) as he and his comrades plot against the Empire. The second season explores the nuts and bolts of how rebellions arise, making the show more politically relevant than the average “Star Wars” property. It won five Emmys, including writing for a drama series and outstanding fantasy/sci-fi costumes.

‘Arcane’

“Arcane,” which won the Emmy for best animated series, is a spinoff of sorts from the video game “League of Legends.” Set in a steampunk universe, it follows the complex relationship between two sisters: Vi (Hailee Steinfeld) and Jinx (Ella Purnell). “Arcane” wrapped up its two-season run in November 2024. It won four Emmys this year.

‘Hacks’

The fourth season of the much-awarded series takes the Vegas comedian Deborah Vance (Jean Smart) to Hollywood, where she has a prime gig hosting a late-night talk show. She and her head writer, Ava (Hannah Einbinder), continue to hash out their personal conflicts while trying to turn the show into a success. It won three Emmys this year, including lead actress in a comedy for Smart, her fourth for the role, and supporting actress in a comedy for Einbinder, her first.

‘Love on the Spectrum’

This reality series, which follows people with autism as they search for romantic love, has been praised for its tender depiction of its subjects. It won two Emmys, including outstanding unstructured reality program.

‘Pee-wee as Himself’

This two-part documentary takes an in-depth look into the life and work of Paul Reubens, otherwise known as Pee-wee Herman, who died in 2023. Reubens participated in the film, but also clearly pushed back against the director Matt Wolf’s attempts to dig into his complicated legacy. It won three Emmys, including outstanding documentary.

‘The Penguin’

An unrecognizable Colin Farrell reprises his role from Matt Reeves’s 2022 film “The Batman” for this limited series about the violent world of Gotham City’s crime lords. The title character with the given name Oswald Cobb faces off with the erratic yet beguiling Sofia Falcone (Cristin Milioti), daughter of the mob boss Carmine Falcone (Mark Strong). It won nine Emmys, including lead actress in a limited series for Milioti.

‘The Pitt’

The exhilarating drama plays out over a single emergency room shift, with each episode covering a fast-paced, stressful hour of life saving. The show, from “E.R.” alums including the star Noah Wyle, tackles hot-button issues including abortion, mass shootings and the lingering trauma of the pandemic. It won over audiences with its intensity and playful dynamic between the medical professionals. It won five Emmys, including for best drama, best actor in a drama for Wyle, and supporting actress in a drama for Katherine LaNasa, who plays the tough-as-nails nurse Dana Evans.

‘Rebel Ridge’

In this film from Jeremy Saulnier, a former Marine (Aaron Pierre) uncovers a raft of police corruption in a small Louisiana town. When officers seize the cash that Pierre’s Terry had to bail out his cousin, it puts the soft-spoken veteran in intensifying conflict with an overconfident sheriff, played by Don Johnson, until it all explodes in a violent conclusion. It won the Emmy for outstanding TV movie.

‘Severance’

The second season of this sci-fi psychological thriller delves deeper into Lumon, the mysterious, cultlike corporation that surgically separates its employees’ home and work consciousnesses. Adam Scott plays Mark, who is torn between two women: his ex-wife, Gemma (Dichen Lachman), whom he believed to be dead, and his work love, Helly R. (Britt Lower), whose “outie” is the daughter of the Lumon chief executive. The series gets even stranger as it progresses, with goats and wintry excursions. “Severance,” which led all series this year with 27 Emmy nominations, won eight awards, including lead actress in a drama for Lower and supporting actor in a drama for Tramell Tillman, who plays the erudite Lumon employee Mr. Milchick.

‘Slow Horses’

Gary Oldman plays a flatulent veteran spy in this entertaining Apple TV+ series about a division of MI5 populated by misfits. They routinely find themselves at the center of international intrigue. Adam Randall won the series’s sole award this year, best directing for a drama series for helming the fourth season finale, “Hello Goodbye.” Randall also directed the rest of the season.

‘Somebody Somewhere’

This sweet series centers on a woman named Sam (Bridget Everett) who returns to Kansas after the death of her sister and finds a new community of supportive friends. Jeff Hiller, who plays Sam’s best pal, Joel, was a surprise winner for best supporting actor in a comedy, drawing more attention to this critically acclaimed but little-watched show, which wrapped up its run last year.

‘The Studio’

Seth Rogen stars in and co-created this satire about an overwhelmed Hollywood studio executive trying to reconcile his love of movies with the needs of his corporation. He and the co-creator Evan Goldberg direct all 10 episodes with panache and long takes, and celebrity guests include Martin Scorsese, Ron Howard and Zoë Kravitz. The most-nominated comedy this year, “The Studio” won 13, including best comedy and lead actor in a comedy for Rogen.

‘The Traitors’

Alan Cumming and his extravagant costumes lord over this competition set in a Scottish mansion. The guests, mostly veterans of other reality series, must figure out which of their cohorts are “traitors” while avoiding getting “murdered.” There is no actual blood involved but plenty of back-stabbing. It won five Emmys, including outstanding reality competition and outstanding host for a reality show or competition.

‘The White Lotus’

For its third season, “The White Lotus” went to Thailand, where the creator Mike White assembled another crew of narcissistic rich people. This installment’s vacationers included a group of toxic gal pals, a North Carolina family with many secrets, and a man (Walton Goggins) seeking revenge. It won one Emmy this year: outstanding title theme music for the composer Cristóbal Tapia de Veer, who aired his grievances with White in an April interview with The New York Times.
