At his company’s New York headquarters on Saturday afternoon, Todd Snyder welcomed fashion week’s showgoers to “La Buena Vida” (Spanish for “The Good Life”), his Spring 2026 design manifesto channeling the vacation-minded Havana man’s wardrobe.

“[This collection] isn’t so much a destination as a state of mind. It’s the faded glamour of Havana in the 1950s mixed with the swagger of a guy, wearing a linen suit, who just stepped off a seaplane in Miami in the 1980s,” Snyder, who not too long ago returned from a trip to Havana with his family, explained.

In 44 looks, the designer transported his models to his inspired destination, with sueded linen Ricky jackets, slouchy formalwear sets, high-waisted Hollywood pants, and silky suiting statements. Across the line, wide patterned ties, a specific design decision Snyder credited to ’50s mid-century style and ’80s suiting, dangled from muses’ necks, while Flamenco dots and vintage umbrella-inspired stripes took over lounge shirts with relaxation on the brain.

On foot, Snyder’s entourage was just as leisurely, swaggering through the warmly lit set in soft loafers and fisherman sandals. And those with a keen eye would have caught the label’s new Timex collaborations, both a re-issue of a 1976 model and a refreshed iteration of the classic Marlin timepiece, on wrist.

“There’s an inherent push-pull to the clothing, between the structure of the tailoring and the soft sensuality of the silhouettes,” he added.
