EXCLUSIVE: Principal photography has wrapped on Grace Period, the fourth feature from Peter Facinelli (Breaking And Exiting), starring Ashley Greene, Seth Green and Matt Walsh.

Joining the project are Rhys Darby (Our Flag Means Death), Beverly D’Angelo (National Lampoon’s Vacation), Matt Friend (The Simpsons), and Natasha Leggero (Old Dads).

Greene and Green reunite with Facinelli after acting with him in the Twilight saga and Can’t Hardly Wait, respectively.

Greene stars as Willa, a single woman who discovers that her biological clock is ticking much faster than it should. She decides to freeze her eggs in a pinch with the help of Dr. Rubin (Walsh). Unbeknownst to her, the right guy, Greg Rossi (Green), is about to fall into her lap, and get wrapped up in the ensuing chaos.

Facinelli is teaming up with his partner Lily Anne Harrison (Breaking & Exiting) who drew upon inspiration from 90’s and 2000’s rom-coms to write the film.

Pic is produced by Tim Doiron (Wander) and James van der Woerd (Little Lorraine) of Wango Films, alongside Peter Winther (Independence Day). Executive producers include Beth Bruce, Rob Witte, Joe Fernandez in association with Lone Star Storytellers & Media Group, alongside Kiersten Hanly.

“It’s been such an honor to work with this incredible group of comedy icons on Grace Period. Peter Facinelli brought a distinct vision to set every day, and it shines through in the result. Lily Harrison’s script is laugh-out-loud funny while staying grounded and deeply relatable. I think audiences are going to really love this film,” notes producer James van der Woerd.

Matt Friend is represented by CAA and Dixon Talent. CAA and Linden Entertainment are the representatives of Natasha Leggero. Rhys Darby is represented by UTA, Artists First and Yorn, Levine. United Artist Group reps Beverly D’Angelo.
