Anyone familiar with our coverage of MANORS will know about the brand’s shift from vintage-inspired golf clothing to performance-driven sportswear. Matched with sharper storytelling, this direction has allowed MANORS to steadily grow over the last few years both in terms of business and social following.
From a product point of view, it’s been several years since the UK-based brand has produced a piece of knitwear. Now the team has decided to reintroduce this category, albeit through a slightly different lens. New for its AW25 “Foulweather Collection”, MANORS presents two debut core pieces for its catalog: the 100% Merino Wool Tech Vest and Tech Crewneck. And although on the surface merino doesn’t necessarily scream technical, the MANORS product team points to the fabric’s natural moisture wicking and odor resistance. Not only that, but both garments are constructed with laser cut nylon panels for a touch of function and visual texture in line with the brand’s new aesthetic.
Knitwear isn’t the only addition this season though. Waterproofs also make a return to the MANORS catalog thanks to a relationship with Pertex, supplier of textiles for outdoor labels like SATISFY, The North Face and Goldwin. The durable, water resistant and windproof Pertex Shield Pro fabric features in the new 2.5L Waterproof Jacket and Trouser. On top of being lightweight and stretchy, the Waterproof Jacket can be packed inside its own pocket and clipped to the side of a golf bag with a carabiner.
Beyond waterproofs and knitwear, The Foulweather Collection also introduces a few fresh polo silhouettes as well as the reworked straight leg Stableford Trousers. You can the browse the full assortment over on MANORS’ website now.
