Summary

  • le PÈRE has revealed its latest seasonal collection for the Fall/Winter 2025 season
  • Continuing to flesh out the label’s “boyish masculine” authority, the FW25 range sees le PÈRE draw from a broad, European-inspired design lens to reimagine its classic sportswear and prepwear pieces
  • The first drop from FW25 collection is now available to shop

le PÈRE sources inspiration from a boundless library of “artists” and global sartorial style codes. Founded by Abhi Janamanchi and now-CEO Ryan Wright – the team behind the independent music label AWAL – the bicoastal “boyish masculine” menswear label revels deeply in the modern-day music realm to inform its sportswear-leaning staple designs, imbuing sonic influence into almost each collection in some capacity.

Now with a new brick-and-mortar outpost in LA to complement its Lower East Side NYC homebase, le PÈRE is looking beyond its bicoastal goalposts and instead to its worldwide archive of inspo for its Fall/Winter 2025 collection.

With craftsmanship at the core, as always, the new range reimagines the brand’s signature prepwear from a European lens, inspired specifically by 1950s collegiate wear. A new le PÈRE insignia also appears across the diverse range – taking shape of an embroidered, cursive logo.

Double-layered collared shirts land alongside wool knitwear crafted in Japan, all-over printed button-downs equipped with detachable sleeves, and signature striped rugby polo shirts and football kits.

Fall/Winter also signals le PÈRE’s first foray into formal tailoring, introducing tailored trousers made in Italy as well as corduroy pants and hats made in Portugal.

When Hypebeast sat down with Janamanchi and Wright, the pair emphasized the role of industry-wide “artists” in the brand’s design process.”We prefer to decenter ourselves and let these artists exist at the forefront of the brand, which is why we’ve foregone the typical creative director-led model,” Janamanchi said at the time.

As always, the sentiment bleeds into the new drop with a collaboration of fresh new graphics with Karlotta Freier.

Explore the full le PÈRE FW25 collection in the collection above and shop the first release of the full seasonal range now at the brand’s official webstore, as well as on-site at both brick-and-mortar outposts in New York City and Los Angeles.
