After a massive WWE SmackDown episode on Friday, WWE is planning for another big episode of Raw on Netflix featuring a popular star’s return to the program.
On Friday, fans saw AJ Lee return to the WWE ring for the first time since retiring from the company 10 years ago.
That arrived during the final segment on SmackDown after Becky Lynch verbally and physically attacked AJ’s husband, CM Punk. AJ entered the arena to a thunderous pop, headed to the ring, and attacked the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion.

There had been massive buzz before AJ actually returned to WWE, including online discussion ever since WWE Clash in Paris, and loud chants from fans in the SmackDown arena.
Now, WWE is looking to follow up on AJ’s big appearance on SmackDown with another return for the former champion.
As revealed on WWE’s X account on Sunday, AJ will appear on the Monday, Sept. 7 episode of Raw in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The message first arrived from WWE and was then shared by Raw GM Adam Pearce.
“It is official,” Pearce said in his reshare of WWE’s video clip, which features the GM speaking about the upcoming Raw in Milwaukee.
In his clip, he said it’s the first time AJ Lee has appeared on Raw in “over a decade.”

AJ was a three-time WWE Divas Champion during her previous time with the company. The big news of her return to Raw follows her signing a new multiyear contract with WWE.
A video went viral after SmackDown aired, showing Paul “Triple H” Levesque meeting with AJ and signing the paperwork.
“10 long years. Welcome home,” Triple H said as they inked the deal.

Speculation continues that AJ will team with her husband, Punk, to battle Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins in a tag team match at Wrestlepalooza later this month.
AJ might deliver her first remarks since returning to WWE on Raw, possibly leading to Pearce or someone else setting up the Wrestlepalooza match.
During his short video clip about Raw, Pearce also announced that AJ Styles will battle El Grande Americano and Lyra Valkyria will take on Raquel Rodriguez in the ring.
