According to Ian Rapoport, wide receiver Jayden Reed is expected to play on Sunday after being listed as questionable due to a foot injury.
Reed being active gives Love another weapon to dish the ball out to, and he serves as a strong veteran presence for the wide receiver room. With Reed back in, he will join Roman Wilson and Romeo Doubs as the starting receivers against the Lions.

The Packers have had some tough luck with pass catchers, as Dontayvion Hicks, Savion Williams, and Christian Watson are all dealing with injuries.
Watson is currently the only one listed who will miss Week 1. Love needs his receivers to play well to ensure the offense can score early and often against the Lions.
As stated, the Lions have a high-flying offense that includes Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jahmyr Gibbs, and Jameson Williams.
Divisional games are always tough to deal with, but the Lions and Packers are two teams that are slated to make the playoffs in 2025. Green Bay does have the benefit of having Micah Parsons in the building.
Parsons is expected to play on Sunday and could be an impact player. Should his elite pass rush help to shut down the Lions’ offense, Love and company will get a chance to run the score up on their rivals.
