“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” may be returning to Bravo “a lot faster” than fans think, according to Danielle Cabral.
Page Six caught up with the “RHONJ” star Sunday on the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards red carpet in New York, where we pressed her about what to expect from the reality show’s return, including who and when.
“They’re putting the pieces of the puzzle together, if that makes sense, and I can almost guarantee ‘Jersey’ fans will not be disappointed. So just hang tight, and I promise you ‘Jersey’ will deliver,” Cabral, 40, vowed.
While she couldn’t divulge an exact season premiere date, she did say, “I think it’s gonna happen a lot faster than what you guys think, and I really hope to God it’s back to the good, ol’ days: Christmas, Halloween, the holidays. So hang tight. Wait a little longer, I promise!”
According to the Boujie Kidz founder, “That’s what happens in this industry — it’s wait, wait, wait forever and then boom, we’re up the next day. It’s happening!”
However, Cabral remained coy when we asked whether that confirmed her return, as she made sure to note that she “said no such thing.”
Smiling, she added, “We’ll see. You’ll all be happy [with] how ‘Jersey’ turns out. … I think they’re going to get it right this time, and we have a fresh start.”
She did share that she recommended some of her friends for the series, which is customary during every “Real Housewives” casting process.
“I’m excited about some of the new faces, and I think it’s about time, baby! It’s gonna be a good outcome for sure,” she gushed.
Following the finale and non-traditional Season 14 reunion, which aired in August 2024, “RHONJ” was put on “pause,” with sources saying at the time that filming would likely “not resume until 2025.”
Cameras reportedly picked back up last month with a few familiar faces — but not all of them — from last season.
“Some of the ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ cast have test-filmed,” a source recently told Us Weekly.
“There are potential new cast members who filmed with Margaret Josephs, Dolores Catania and Melissa Gorga in mid-August.”
Test-filming is a common practice that reality showrunners do before production officially begins.
As the source explained, producers “want to see how the new girls work on camera with some veteran cast members from the show.”
Although Teresa Giudice, Jackie Goldschneider and Jen Fessler did not test-film, the source claimed they “are still in consideration to be part of the new season.”
Meanwhile, Jennifer Aydin and Rachel Fuda were not mentioned.
