Top-seeded retained her US Open title with a straight-sets victory in New York on Saturday.
The Belarusian won 6-3, 7-6(3) over home crowd favorite Amanda Anisimova, the No. 8 seed.
Two months ago, the pair faced each other in their semifinal match at Wimbledon.
The world No. 1 lost in three sets to Anisimova, who was later and became the first player to lose a Wimbledon final 6-0, 6-0 for more than a century.
“First of all, I want to say congrats, Amanda, for reaching back-to-back finals on the slams. I know how much it hurts, losing in finals, but the moment you win your first one, (you will understand). You’re going to win it; you play incredible ,” said Sabalenka.
The 27-year-old Belarusian lost in both the Australian Open and French Open finals.
Sabalenka is the first woman to win back-to-back US Opens since claimed three consecutive titles .
Another Sinner-Alcaraz final
The men’s final takes place on Sunday. No. 1 and No. 2 will meet again in another showdown.
The Italian and the Spaniard are the first two men to play each other in three consecutive Grand Slam finals within one season.
Earlier this year, Sinner claimed his first Wimbledon title after losing to Alcaraz in the longest French Open final in history.
US President is expected to attend the US Open final.
