Slated to launch on September 3, exclusively on the HSDT webstore, the release features a stealthy “Meteorite” and a bright white “Dolomite” colorway. Meanwhile, the previously teased “Variscite” light green variant will be released as a Friends & Family-exclusive.

Original Story (January 20): John Bouquet, the co-founder and designer of HAL STUDIOS®, took to Instagram to tease the brand’s upcoming collaboration with adidas, which stars their reimagined take on the Intimidation Low model. The silhouette, originally designed by Shane Ward in 1999, was initially conceptualized as an everyday training shoe.
Bouquet wrote in his caption that their iteration “introduces a new, translucent RPU molded cage, redesigned as a singular organic form.” They also adopted a more minimalistic approach while also building on the Intimidation Low’s original organic form and design DNA. The collaboration sees three colorways – “White/Black,” ”Black/Gum” and ”Lime” – each sporting a clean canvas mesh upper with tonal TPU overlays, while the sole unit features adidas’s responsive adiPREME+ midsoles.
