Meanwhile, USF is banking on a healthy Byrum Brown to get the Bulls back to their winning ways. Before an injury-riddled 2024, he was the program’s first 3,000-yard passer in 2023.
The Bulls’ inconsistent defense last season makes them vulnerable if Boise State takes control in the trenches.
