“Love Island USA” Season 7 winners Amaya Espinal and Bryan Arenales have sparked breakup rumors a little over a month after winning the dating competition.
On Sunday, the day before the Season 7 reunion is set to air on Peacock, eagle-eyed Instagram users noticed that Espinal and Arenales no longer follow each other on the social media platform.
However, at the time of publication, they still appeared on each other’s pages in both photos and videos.
In the trailer for the reunion, which will air Monday night, Arenales, 28, addresses some potential infidelity on his part.
“Chris [Seeley], you were out with Bryan on the night of the alleged cheating,” one of the sit-down’s moderators, Andy Cohen, says, prompting the Boston native to explain that he “had a lapse of judgement.”
Cameras then pan to Iris Kendall, who stares open-mouthed in disbelief, as Arenales’ former on-screen connection, Adreina Santos, rolls her eyes and purses her lips.
Espinal’s reaction to the explanation was not shown.
Earlier in the preview, however, Arenales gushed over the New York City resident’s relationship with his mother.
“My mom loved Amaya,” he told Cohen and fellow moderator Ariana Madix, who hosted the reality show.
“Oh, my God — that’s my bestie now!” Espinal, 25, exclaimed, as Arenales added that his mom even “shed a tear when she left.”
Referencing the nickname she gave herself during filming, Espinal quipped, “She’s a sensitive gangster, too!”
After Arenales stood up for the registered cardiac nurse during one of the more emotionally charged challenges of the series, the two struck up a romance and left the Fiji villa with $50,000 each and a budding relationship.
Their reps did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
