Kaitlyn Bristowe candidly recalled becoming “a little addicted” to her pain medication after undergoing breast augmentation surgery earlier this year.

The “Bachelor” alum shared the confession to her Instagram Stories on Thursday while giving advice to her followers in a brief Q&A session.

“Make sure someone is taking care of you after. I thought I’d be fine and forgot my whole pill taking schedule and got a little addicted to pain meds. Scary,” she wrote.

Kaitlyn Bristowe was spotted in New York, turning heads in a light blue Cinq à Sept blazer paired with matching shorts. She completed the summer look with a crisp white top and pointed toe white stilettos.

She also advised fans that they “make sure you trust your Dr and give him a pic to look at while he does them.”

Bristowe cautioned her followers from going online after having the procedure.

“Don’t do any social media, make decisions or shop,” she continued. “I couldn’t stop shopping and I barely remember.”

The “Are You My First” host, 40, revealed she had a boob job in May, sharing a hilarious video of herself telling her family about the surgery with a funny joke.

“Telling friends and family I got twins,” she captioned the post, quipping that she was no longer in the “itty bitty titty committee.”

“Don’t worry IBTC I may not be the CEO anymore but definitely still part of the club,” she wrote alongside the video.

Bristowe has been vocal about the previous cosmetic procedures she’s undergone over the years. In 2021, she shared most of the work she’s had done to herself as she responded to internet trolls commenting on the changes to her looks.
